CID Group

The CID group was created to allow a range of Caller ID (CID) to be delivered at random provided that your carrier supports the manipulation of the Caller ID.

The CID group is selected against the rate in a rate card, thus a different CallerID can be selected depending what destination is called.

Note that some carriers may remove your right to deliver the callerID if this facility is abused.

To use, create the CID group, and give it a sensible name.

Move onto Add CID to create the CID's
