สาย RJ45 ที่ใช้ต่อกับ E1 ของ True แต่ก็น่าจะถูกต้อง สัญญาณขึ้นที่โมเด็มดี run debug แล้ว

จากโค้ดด้านบนมันก็โชว์สาย connected ทั้งสองสายครับ แต่ว่า ยังไม่สามารถโทรเข้าออกได้ และในหน้า hardware config มันขึ้น 'not in use' หมด แปลกจัง ผมลืมอะไรไปหรือเปล่าครับ รบกวนผู้มีประสบการณ์ E1 ให้ความรู้ด้วยครับ

*เพิ่มเติมครับ ผมควรจะให้ทั้งสองการ์ด (สอง port) เป็น Normal (slave) ทั้งสองเลยหรือเปล่า เพราะว่าชุมสายของ True น่าจะเป็น Master อยู่แล้ว?

ตอนนี้หน้า hardware Detection ขึ้นทุกสายเป็น in use แล้วครับ เนื่องจากไม่ได้ใส่ค่าด้านล่างนี้เข้าไปใน chan_dahdi.conf ไม่รู้เลยว่ามีผลด้วย...อืม

แต่ยังไม่สามารถโทรเข้าออกได้ครับ กำลังพยายามต่อไป ถ้าได้ผลยังไงจะมาแจ้งให้ทราบครับ
ถ้าใครทราบก่อน ก็รบกวนชี้แนะด้วยนะครับ

ขอดู Trunk กับ Outbound Route หน่ะครับ แล้วก็ขอดู Message ใน Asterisk Console ตอนที่โทรออกด้วยครับ อ่อ แล้วตั้ง Group ของแชนแนลบน E1 ยังครับ

กลับมารายงานผลอีกแล้วครับ ยังไม่สำเร็จเหมือนเดิม

ตอนนี้มีบางครั้งที่สามารถโทรเข้าออกได้ แต่บางครั้งก็หายไปเลย ตอนโทรออกได้ pri show span 1 จะขึ้นแบบนี้ครับ

แต่พอโทรไม่ได้ มันจะขึ้น Status: Provisioned, Down, Active ไปซะดื้อๆ

สงสัยว่าจะเป็นที่สายทรู หรือจะเป็นที่ตัวการ์ดเองกันแน่ครับ เหมือนกับเครื่องไม่สามารถคุยกันทาง D channel ได้อย่างราบลื่น

สรุปว่าตอนนี้ใช้ได้แล้วครับ ติดต่อไปทาง sangoma เขาบอกว่ามันเป็นอาการที่มีปัญหา DMA กับฮาร์ดแวร์ Dell และ HP บางตัว วิธีแก้ทางเดียวคืออัพเกรด firmware ตัวใหม่ จบ

firmware อยู่ที่ http://wiki.sangoma.com/sangoma-hardware#aft_firmware ครับ เผื่อใครเจอปัญหาเดียวกัน ต้องอัพเกรดเป็น v.37
