เมื่อโทรเข้า elastix แล้ว inbound routes ให้ไปที่ disa ได้รับ tone จริงแต่พอกดเบอร์ต่อไปกว่าจะไปเบอร์ที่กดได้ใช้เวลานาน อยากให้ลดเวลาตรงนี้ได้ไหมครับ

กดไปเบอร์อะไรครับ เป็นเบอร์ extensions หรือว่าเบอร์ข้างนอกเลย
และรอนานแค่ไหนครับ กี่วินาที ลองกด # ตามหลังเผื่อมันจะเร็วขึ้น

เวลาที่รอมันไม่แน่ไม่นอน บางทีก็ 15วิ บางทีก็ 30วิ ครับ
มีส่วนที่สามารถปรับแต่งได้หรือเปล่าครับ

ขอดู messages ใน asterisk console ขณะที่เกิด event อย่างว่าด้วยครับ เอาตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นเทส disa จนถึง วางสาย

เป็นอย่างนี้อ่ะครับ กด 491 เข้า elastix แล้วกด 8113 สายไม่ว่างแล้ววางสายครับ

โห๋ครับ ถ้าไม่ได้ดู message นี้ไม่รู้เลยนะครับว่าคุณ heartbeat ใช้งานยังไง
โทรเข้ามาทางการ์ด DAHDI/1-1 โยนเข้า DISA แล้วกด 8113 จากนั้น Asterisk ตัด 8 ทิ้งแล้วโยน 113 ออกทาง IAX2 trunk ที่ชื่อ to_bp และเหมือนว่ามีการรับสายด้วย ใช้ g.729 แต่แป๊บนึงก็ hangup

ตั้งใจให้มันเป็นแบบนี้ป่าวครับ หรือว่าที่ต้องการไม่ใช่แบบนี้

คือที่บอกว่าแป๊บนึงแล้ว hangup ผมเป็นคนวางสายเอง แต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้ว มันก็ติดที่เบอร์ 113 ที่ผ่าน iax2 จริงๆล่ะครับ แต่กว่าที่มันจะ dial ไปที่ 113 มันใช้เวลาสักพักนึง
อยากลดเวลาตรงส่วนนี้ มันสามารถปรับแต่งได้หรือเปล่าครับ

พอดีที่ทำงานเป็นลักษณะ 2 สาขาครับ แต่ละสาขาก็มี fiber เชื่อมเข้าหากัน ปัจจุบันเค้าใช้งาน pabx+voip ที่เป็น box แต่มันมีปัญหาการใช้งานที่ไม่ค่อยประทับใจเท่าไหร่ครับ
ก็เลยมาทดลองทำ elastix ใช้งานดู แต่ทั้ง 2 สาขามี elastix ที่เป็น fxo ทั้งหมด
1. โทรเข้าหา DAHDI/1-1 เพราะว่าเป็น FXO ที่ต่อจากตู้ pabx และเอาโทรศัพท์ analog ที่ต่อกับตู้มาโทร
2. โยนเข้า disa จริงๆอยากให้เข้า ivr แล้วต่อไปที่ iax2 แต่มันทำไม่ได้สักที มีคนบอกให้โยนเข้า disa แล้วจะทำได้
3. ที่กด 8113 เพราะว่าทั้ง 2 สาขามีเบอร์ที่ซ้ำกันอยู่เลยใช้วิธีตัด 8 เอา ลองทำแบบไม่ตัด 8 มัน dial มั่วเลยครับ
4. ที่ใช้ g.729 เพราะว่าเห็นบอกว่าลด bandwidth ได้ 50% เลยใช้ครับ

รบกวนคุณหนุ่ย ช่วยชี้แนะหน่อยครับ ว่ามีส่วนตรงไหนควรทำอย่างไรบ้าง เนื่องจากพอดีผมเพิ่งมาจับ elastix และระบบโทรศัพท์ได้ไม่นานครับ

ลองอีกแบบครับ ว่ามันช้าตรงไหน มอนิเตอร์มันทั้ง 2 เครื่องเลย ว่ากด 8113 แล้วเครื่องแรกส่งออกไปเลยหรือเปล่า หรือว่ายังไม่ส่งออก หรือว่าส่งออกจากเครื่องแรกแล้วไปหลงๆอยู่ในเครื่องที่สอง
